Morrow Road is a feature independent film in creation by Francis J Sampier.
The dark story is suspenseful & eerie with mystery. Based on the real Clay Twp Michigan legend,
a ghostly mother from the late 1800s seeks out her lost child and will not stop until her deadly search is over.
The horror genre often consists of low-quality films that are overly gory, gratuitous, corny, or inane.
Morrow Road prevails in that it is very serious & high-quality like films The Ring or The Grudge.
In addition the film is realistic--an element many supernatural legend films fall short on.
It is also a piece of historic Michigan lore coming to life!
STATUS: Morrow Road is currently in the funding stage.
